Before buying team clothing

Welcome, Cougars and supporters! For team clothing or something to show your Cougar pride, start with the program's instructions. Confirm whether your child needs the item before placing an order.

Clothing and tackle equipment

Buying for your player, your cheerleader or yourself on the sideline? Ask whether the item is required team clothing or supporter wear. An older piece might still work. Please check with the program before replacing something you already own.

For tackle, clothing and protective equipment have separate instructions. Fitting takes place at Lum Field House, Lum Ave, Chatham, NJ 07928. The 2026 practice schedule lists current practice hours and the completed August fitting. For equipment help now, ask your coach about an appointment. Ask your coach about your player's helmet and shoulder pads.

Our program guide covers tackle, co-ed flag and cheer. Cheer families should ask the parent managers which uniform pieces can be reused. A quick question can save you an unnecessary purchase.

Ordering checklist

Children grow, and an old size may not be the right guide. Read the listing's size information with your player. Keep the order reference for follow-up questions. If an instruction is unclear, ask before paying so you know what to expect.

Tell us your child's grade and the item you are considering. For cheer, name the uniform piece. We can help direct your question when we know those details. There is no need to guess from another family's order.
